Monday Women

Monday Women is a group of active, vivacious, retired women from Manoa Valley Church and their friends and associates. We do volunteer work for a variety of organizations: Hospice of Hawaii - newsletter and other mail outs. Kuakini Hospital - assemble admission packs and various other paper work as needed. Make tray favors for Hale Pulama Mau two or three times a year. Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific - sew various garments such as bibs, lap robes and pajamas at their request. Manoa Valley Church - provide towels for baptism and do many other tasks as requested or as we see a need. We generally meet on the first or second Monday of the quarter to do Hospice mail out and the third Monday of every month to go to Kuakini. The other meetings are scheduled as needed. We also have some social activites each year just for fun. We have a Valentine's Day Luncheon each year and other activites we can enjoy. We welcome anyone who would be interested in joining us.
