The Nu Oli Singers are the choir of Manoa Valley Church. Nu Oli means Good News, and that's what we're all about. Through our music we proclaim the good news of God's love and new life. We seek to glorify God and add joy and beauty to our worship services. We sing for worship services once or twice a month. During the Christmas and Easter seasons we have special programs and events such as Christmas caroling and singing for Easter sunrise service. From time to time we prepare special programs to sing at other churches on Oahu or the neighbor islands. Anyone from high school age to senior citizen is welcome to join the Nu Oli Singers. Experience in reading music is helpful but not required We sing a variety of traditional and contemporary sacred music. We practice every Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. except for the months of July and August. If you would like to join the Nu Oli Singers, please call the church office at 988-3271 |
