Q. Is Mānoa Valley Church part of a denomination?
A. Mānoa Valley Church is a congregation of the United Church of Christ, a Protestant denomination that the early missionaries brought to Hawaii.
Q. What worship services do you provide?
A. We regularly have one service on Sundays at 10:00 am. Special services are held on Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, Easter, Holy Week and during Lent.
Q. I am a visitor. Can I attend services?
A. Yes! Visitors are always welcome at Mānoa Valley Church. Due to Covid restrictions, we request that anyone wanting to attend worship call the office at (808) 988-3271 by the preceding Thursday to inform us. Our service is also on Zoom; contact the office to receive the link or check our website on Monday when the recorded service is posted.
Q. What accommodations do you have for those with limited mobility?
A. Our facility provides accessible bathrooms and sanctuary seating as well as an elevator to reach rooms on the second floor of the gymnasium.
Q. How can I arrange for a Wedding, Baptism or Memorial service?

Q. How can I join the church?
A. A series of three membership classes is offered twice a year. New members are received through baptism, affirmation of baptism and confirmation.
Q. What offerings do you have for adults?
A. We have numerous activities and safe opportunities on Zoom for adults such as a Prayer Group, Art Class, and Book Club. Please call the church office at (808) 988-3271 for more information.
Q. What offerings do you provide for children?
A. We are currently offering a modified Sunday School program for children on Sundays, during the regular worship service. We also offer child care and education through our Preschool and After School Care Programs.
